At FLOW Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we strive for clear and fair policies for all members. Please review the key terms below:
Enrollment and Membership Fees: A one-time enrollment fee and a monthly membership fee apply to start a membership.
Cancellations: Members can cancel at any time without penalty. Please note that re-enrollments are subject to the current market enrollment and membership fees.
Account Holds: Account holds can be requested for valid reasons, such as injury, for up to 6 months and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. Extended holds may require documentation, and abuse of this policy may lead to membership termination. Members are allowed one hold per 12-month period, up to 6 months.
